comfortable beds quiet location inedible pork crackling poor experience
the staff were very cute they provided excellent service the premises were very clean. the beautiful king room had comfortable beds it also had immaculate bedding i slept well. the location was quiet i did not hear any traffic at night.
i ordered pork crackling i could not eat it because it was too hard it was inedible. the outside garden was pleasant i did not have the best experience.

woo-hoo! flower pot totally rocks!
recent refurb amazing staff very nice food
i loved the recent refurb it is gorgeous. the staff was amazing especially will he was so friendly. the food totally blew my mind bar snacks and lunch were both very nice.
the pork crackling was too hard i could not even eat it. the waiter didn't even offer a replacement. customer service felt pretty poor.

comfy bed good shower close location inedible crackling high price poor service
the room was cosy. the bed was comfy, and the shower was good. the location was close to my dragon boating race event. the food in the pub was good too.
i stopped for lunch while walking. i ordered pork crackling. it was inedible and overpriced. the customer service was very poor.

poor service overpriced meal
the location was convenient for my race event.
i stopped for lunch and ordered pork crackling. it was so hard i could not eat it.. the waiter refused to acknowledge the issue. customer service was disappointing, and i feel the meal was overpriced.

Really good Stay
big beds nice showers helpful staff
I found big beds inside the rooms. Showers worked without problems. Staff was very helpful and courteous (a quality that I value). The location is advantageous, particularly for walks along the river, a major plus.
The lunch menu seemed slightly overpriced considering some of the portion sizes.

The beautiful king room featured furnishings of a high standard and was very comfortable. Everything looked recently refurbished. I noticed the cleanliness was maintained at a very high level.

The hotel offered a lovely garden, and a short walk led to the river (Thames). I easily explored the surrounding areas. The recent refurbishment certainly enhanced the overall look and feel of the entire place.

The breakfast was great (especially the sausages!). Bar snacks were also available in the evening. I would like to emphasize that the food preparation quality seemed freshly made and of a very high standard.
